1. Booking Procedure
After submitting your booking request we will immediately check the availability
of your selected room. If the room is available, you will receive an e-mail
notification and will be asked to send us you credit card details. This serves
as guarantee of your reservation. If there are no vacancies in the selected
hotel, we will send you an alternative offer for accommodation in another hotel
of comparable quality, location and price. Once you confirm the reservation and
your credit card will be authorized you will receive a voucher. This voucher
must be printed and shown at the reception after you arrive.
2. Payment Conditions
You will be required to pay for the accommodation directly at the hotel
reception (in cash or by a credit card). Details of your credit card are
required only for the purpose of your reservation. Your credit card will only
be charged in cases specifically stated in our cancellation policy.
Prices are stated in local currency CZK and are fixed, including any taxes and
fees. There is no extra charge for our service. Prices in foreign currencies
may slightly change depending on the foreign exchange rate at the time of your
payment. The price can be paid in CZK and usually also in foreign currency
equivalent. The transfer fee is always paid in cash to the driver.
3. Cancellation Conditions
Individual reservations
Canceling your reservation later than 3 days before your scheduled arrival will
result in a charge of one night’s stay to your credit card. This condition also
applies if you fail to show up. There is no cancellation fee when the
reservation is cancelled earlier than 3 days before the check-in date.

Group reservations
A group reservation is characterized as a reservation of at least 5 rooms or
for at least 10 persons. For group reservations we require 50 % deposit to be
paid at least 30 days in advance to our bank account. Canceling your group
reservation later than 14 days prior to your check-in date will result in a
cancellation fee in the amount of your deposit. There is no cancellation fee if
the reservation is cancelled earlier than 14 days before your check-in date. In
such case your deposit will be fully refunded.
Transfers
If you cancel your transfer reservation later than 24 hours before your
scheduled transfer time, or you do not use the transfer, we will charge you the
full price of the transfer. There is no cancellation fee when the reservation
is cancelled earlier than 24 hours before the arrival.
4. Security
Prague-Rooms.com collects personal data to maintain and process your booking.
This information may be disclosed only to the accommodation provider. We may
use the postal and email address provided by you to contact you and send you
necessary information related to the services and products requested. We cannot
release your information to third parties without your consent if the purpose
is unrelated to the services you have requested. The security of the
information provided by you is very important, therefore an encryption system
(SSL) is used during the booking process as well as other measures to protect
your data against loss, misuse or manipulation.
5. Limitation of Liability
We act only as an agent and therefore we cannot be held responsible for actions
or omissions of the accommodation providers. We try to ensure that the content
of this web site is accurate and up to date but the accuracy of information
also depends on the accommodation providers.
